Collective Nous is a creative partner providing services in graphic design, high-fidelity 3D design, marketing infrastructure, creative strategy, print production, and physical brand activations.
2. Use of Website
This website is for informational and portfolio purposes. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to replicate, scrape, or interfere with its functionality.
3. Intellectual Property & 3D Assets
All content—including visual designs, 3D renders, motion graphics, branding work, and technical "idea proposals"—is the property of Collective Nous unless otherwise stated.
Ownership: No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
The "Collective Nous" Rule: In 3D work, we retain ownership of the raw project files and "engines." Clients are granted ownership of the final rendered outputs (stills or video) upon full payment.
4. Portfolio & Client Work
Projects displayed are for showcase purposes. All trademarks and brand assets of our clients remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Services & Engagement
Presentation of services on this site is an invitation to treat and is non-binding. Formal collaboration requires:
A signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
An agreed-upon deposit to secure project placement in our workflow.
Efficiency Clause: We rely on prompt client feedback. Delays in response exceeding 7 days may result in project rescheduling or additional fees.
6. Creative & Production Disclaimer
We aim for technical excellence. However:
Variations: Final 3D renders may look different depending on the viewer's screen calibration. Physical production outcomes (print/fabrication) depend on materials and external suppliers.
Final Approval: The Client is solely responsible for final proofing and approval before production begins. Once approved, Collective Nous is not liable for errors in the final physical product.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, Collective Nous shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or technical failures caused by third-party platforms (hosting, ad networks, or CRM systems).

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party platforms linked from this site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
